Terms of Service

1. Who We Are & What We Do

Connectzz (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a career facilitation platform. By accepting our legal agreement, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

We:

• Collect, verify and publish job openings (“the job board”)
• Screen and introduce job seekers to prospective employers (“connection services”)
• Offer paid skill-training and certification programs (“training services”)

2. What is At No Cost & What is Paid

Browsing the job board is at no cost* and requires no agreement. Connection services (job matching & introductions) are at no cost* for job seekers — we never charge candidates for job matching, introductions, or placements.

Training programs are paid; fees are stated before enrollment.

3. Optional Premium Services (Coming Soon)

We will offer optional paid services including:

• Interview coaching & mentoring — 1:1 preparation with professionals
• Resume optimization — Expert review and personalized rewrite
• Priority job matching — Get matched to opportunities faster
• Skill certifications — Professional certifications and training
• Career intelligence reports — Salary benchmarking and market insights
• Networking access — Connect with experts and industry professionals

Pricing Principle: Pricing will be transparent and communicated when these services launch. We believe in fair, affordable pricing.

Key Commitment: You can apply for jobs and receive matches completely free*. Premium services are optional and designed to accelerate your journey — they’re never required to get opportunities matched with you.

Success in your career depends on your skills, effort, and market fit — not on what you pay us. We provide opportunity; you create success.

4. For Job Seekers

By using our connection services you confirm that:

• You are 18 years or older
• The information in your CV and screening conversation is true and accurate
• You authorize us to assess and match your profile against openings

Your profile is shared with employers for job matching purposes. You may decline any introduction without affecting future services. You may withdraw from our services at any time.

5. For Employers & Recruiters

By requesting candidates you confirm that:

• You represent a genuine, lawfully operating business
• The vacancy you describe is real and current
• You will use candidate information only for recruitment for that vacancy

You must not contact candidates outside the Connectzz process, share their information with third parties, or retain their data after the recruitment process concludes.

6. No Guarantee of Employment

Participation in our services, including paid training programs, does not guarantee a job, an interview, or any employment outcome. Training fees are charged for training and certification only.

7. Acceptable Use

You must not:

• Submit false information or impersonate another person
• Post or solicit fake vacancies
• Use the platform to collect data about others
• Attempt to bypass Connectzz to avoid our consent process

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law:

• Our liability for free services is limited to re-performing the service
• For paid services, liability is limited to fees actually paid
• We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses
• We are not liable for acts of employers or candidates introduced through the platform

9. Governance

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. We may update these Terms; the current version will always be on our website. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

Privacy Policy

Connectzz is committed to protecting your personal data in compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

1. What We Collect

From job seekers: Name, contact details (phone, WhatsApp, email), CV contents, city preference, screening notes, and communications.

From employers: Contact person details, company information, vacancy details.

From website visitors: Standard analytics data via Google Site Kit. Browsing the job board is at no cost* and does not require personal data.

2. Why We Collect It

• To match job seekers with vacancies
• To screen and verify both sides
• To introduce candidates to employers with consent
• To deliver and certify training programs
• To maintain records of your consent
• To comply with law

3. Your Consent

Before providing services, we ask for your explicit agreement to these terms. This is recorded with date and time.

4. Who We Share Data With

• Candidate profiles: Shared with employers for job matching purposes
• Anonymised summaries: May appear on our talent floor if you opt in (no name, no contact)
• Employer listings: Published on the job board with contact routed through Connectzz
• Third parties: We do not share data with anyone except where required by law

5. Storage & Retention

• Data is stored on secure systems
• Active users: We retain data while you use our platform
• Inactive users: We remove or anonymise data when no longer needed
• Upon request: We delete data, subject to legal requirements

6. Your Rights (DPDP Act 2023)

You have the right to:

• Access: Request a summary of your personal data
• Correction & Erasure: Request corrections or deletion

• Grievance: File a complaint if your data is misused
• Nominate representative: In case of death or incapacity

7. Children

Our services are for persons 18 and above. We do not knowingly process children’s data.

8. Security

We use access controls, encrypted transport, and restricted access. In case of data breach, we notify the Data Protection Board of India and affected users as required by law.

Critical Information

• At No Cost*: Job matching, referrals, and introductions are at no cost* for candidates
• Report Fraud: Any demand for payment in Connectzz’s name is fraudulent; report to resumes@connectzz.com
• No Hidden Charges: All connection services have no charges to candidates*
• Paid Programs Only: Only training programs have fees, stated before enrollment

Your Responsibilities

• Provide truthful, accurate information in your profile
• Read job descriptions carefully
• Conduct your own due diligence on employers
• Verify job offers independently
• Never share financial information or passwords

Our Limitations

• We match candidates with opportunities but do not control hiring
• We cannot guarantee employer authenticity despite verification
• Employment outcomes depend on factors beyond our control
• We are not responsible for post-placement relationships
