Over time, we may introduce optional services — resume support, skill programmes, career intelligence, and more. Whatever we build, these principles will not change:

  • Always optional. You select what you use. Nothing activates without your explicit consent.
  • Always transparent. We tell you upfront what services cost and what they do before you commit to anything.
  • Always fairly priced. No hidden fees. No surprise charges.

On Introductions

Upon completing your registration, you will be allocated a set of introductions. The number allocated is personalised and communicated to you at the time of registration. Once your allocation is redeemed, further introductions may be made available based on your engagement and standing on the platform — communicated clearly before any next step is taken.

On Our Role

Real people, real matches. Our team personally reviews profiles and facilitates introductions. We do not use algorithmic matching. We take the time to understand what you are looking for and match you accordingly.

Terms of Service

1. Who We Are & What We Do

Connectz Digital Services (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates connectzz.com from Bhubaneswar, Odisha. Connectzz is a privately owned, independent skill-based career facilitation platform. We have no government affiliation.

Connectzz:

  • Collects, verifies, and publishes job openings
  • Screens and introduces job seekers to prospective employers
  • Facilitates employer introductions for registered candidates
  • Offers paid skill training and certification programmes
  • Provides optional chargeable services as announced from time to time

Connectzz does not:

  • Guarantee employment, interviews, or job offers
  • Act as an employer, legal representative, or recruitment agent
  • Assume responsibility for employer conduct after an introduction is made
  • Assume responsibility for candidate conduct after an introduction is made

2. What Is Included & What Is Paid

Browsing the Connectzz job board is open to all visitors and requires no registration or agreement.

Connection services — job matching and introductions — are included with your registration up to your allocated number of introductions. Further introductions beyond your initial allocation depend on your CZ Score, which reflects your engagement and integrity on the platform.

Training programmes are paid services. Fees are stated clearly before enrolment. Completion of a training programme does not guarantee employment.

3. Optional Services — Coming Soon

All optional services are chargeable. Fees will be disclosed before activation. Explicit confirmation will be required before any chargeable service is activated. No optional service will be activated without prior disclosure of its cost.

Planned optional services include:

  • Resume optimisation
  • Skill certifications
  • Career intelligence reports
  • Networking access
  • Career guidance
  • 1-1 mentoring and coaching
  • Facilitation of project-based and advisory engagements for senior professionals with extensive experience seeking flexible, non-traditional work arrangements
  • Interview preparation and coaching

This list is indicative. Services may be expanded, modified, or withdrawn at Connectzz’s discretion.

4. For Candidates

By using Connectzz connection services you confirm that:

  • You are 18 years of age or older
  • All information you have provided is true, accurate, and complete
  • You have not misrepresented your qualifications, experience, or identity
  • You authorise Connectzz to assess your profile and share it with verified employers for matching purposes

4.1 Accuracy

Everything you share with Connectzz must be true, accurate, and complete. You bear full responsibility for any consequences arising from misrepresentation, including withdrawal of services and notification to the employer where applicable. Connectzz stands fully indemnified from any resulting claim.

4.2 Outcome Reporting

You must inform Connectzz within 48 hours if you receive an interview call, job offer, or employment confirmation arising from a Connectzz introduction. This is a condition of your registration and affects your standing on the platform.

4.3 Non-Circumvention

You may not contact an employer introduced to you through Connectzz directly or independently for a period of 90 days from the date of introduction, without going through Connectzz. Any independent contact with an introduced employer must be reported to Connectzz within 48 hours via your registered WhatsApp number or email. Connectzz stands fully indemnified from any resulting claim arising from your breach of this clause.

4.4 Confidentiality of Employer Contacts

Any employer contact details shared by Connectzz as part of an introduction are strictly confidential. You may not share, forward, publish, or distribute employer contact information to any third party under any circumstances. Connectzz stands fully indemnified from any claim arising from your breach of this clause.

4.5 Independent Verification — Mandatory

You are required to conduct your own due diligence on any employer before attending an interview, accepting an offer, or entering into any employment arrangement. Connectz Digital Services takes no responsibility whatsoever for your actions or decisions arising from any employer engagement. Connectzz stands fully indemnified from any loss, harm, or claim arising from your decision to engage with any employer introduced through the platform.

5. For Employers & Recruiters

By requesting candidates through Connectzz you confirm that:

  • You represent a genuine, lawfully operating business
  • The vacancy you have described is real, current, and accurately represented
  • Candidate information shared by Connectzz is strictly for recruitment purposes for the specific role introduced — it is not for data harvesting, profiling, or any other use

You may not contact a candidate introduced to you through Connectzz for any other purpose or for any other role for a period of 6 months from the date of introduction, without going through Connectzz. Any independent contact must be reported to Connectzz within 48 hours. You may not share candidate information with any third party. You must not retain candidate data after the recruitment process for the introduced role has concluded.

Employer Due Diligence — Mandatory: Connectzz does not independently verify, investigate, or conduct due diligence on candidates beyond the information provided to us. It is the employer’s responsibility to verify candidate credentials, qualifications, identity, and suitability before making any employment decision. Connectzz stands fully indemnified from any claim arising from the employer’s decision to engage with or hire any candidate introduced through the platform.

Employer conduct is reflected in the Connectzz Employer Rating system, which affects your access to candidates and the priority of service you receive.

6. No Guarantee of Employment

Participation in Connectzz’s services — including paid training programmes — does not guarantee a job, an interview, or any employment outcome. Success depends on your skills, conduct, and market fit. Connectzz stands fully indemnified from any claim arising from employment outcomes.

7. Acceptable Use

You must not:

  • Submit false information or impersonate another person or organisation
  • Post or request fictitious vacancies
  • Use the platform to harvest data about candidates or employers
  • Attempt to bypass Connectzz’s consent and introduction processes
  • Operate unauthorised placement or recruitment operations using Connectzz introductions
  • Misuse employer contact information shared as part of an introduction

8. Consequences of Misuse

The following violations and their consequences apply to all users of the platform:

False CV or forged documents submitted Immediate discontinuation of services. Employer notified where applicable.
Misrepresentation of qualifications, experience, or identity Immediate discontinuation of services.
Bypassing an introduced employer without notice within 90 days Suspension of services. Employer notified.
Failure to report interview, offer, or joining outcome within 48 hours Suspension of further introductions.
Sharing confidential employer contacts with third parties Immediate discontinuation. Civil action may be initiated.
Unauthorised commercial or placement operations using Connectzz introductions Immediate discontinuation. Legal proceedings may be initiated.
Deliberate fraud of any nature Immediate discontinuation. Permanent blacklisting. Legal referral.
Employer demanding payment from a candidate Immediate employer removal from platform. Candidate notified.
Employer misrepresenting vacancy terms after introduction Employer rating reduction. Suspension pending review.
Employer data harvesting or misuse of candidate information Immediate employer removal. Potential legal referral under DPDP Act 2023.
Employer payment default Employer rating reduction. Suspension of services until settled.

Right to Discontinue: Connectzz reserves the right to discontinue services to any candidate or employer at its sole discretion, without being obligated to provide a reason.

9. Liability

Connectzz operates solely as a career introduction facilitator. Its role ends at the point of introduction. Connectzz is not liable for:

  • The conduct of any employer or candidate after an introduction is made
  • Any misrepresentation, fraud, or breach committed by any employer or candidate
  • Any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss arising from use of the platform

For paid training services, liability is limited to the fees actually paid for the specific programme. Connectzz stands fully indemnified from any claim arising from the conduct of any candidate or employer introduced through the platform.

10. Platform Standing

Connectzz maintains an internal platform standing for all registered candidates and employers. This standing is used at Connectzz’s discretion to determine priority, introductions, and access to services. It is not disclosed, explained, or open to dispute.

By accepting these terms, you acknowledge that your activity and conduct on Connectzz is observed and reflected in your platform standing, and that Connectzz’s decisions based on that standing are final.

11. Governing Law & Duration

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bhubaneswar, Odisha.

This agreement is valid for 12 months from the date of your acceptance and auto-renews upon continued use of the platform.

Connectzz reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be published on connectzz.com and announced via the official Connectzz WhatsApp Channel. Changes take effect 48 hours after publication. Continued use of the platform after that period constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

Privacy Policy

Connectz Digital Services is committed to protecting your personal data in compliance with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act).

1. What We Collect

From candidates: Name, contact details, WhatsApp number, CV contents, city preference, availability, experience level, screening notes, and communications.

From employers: Contact person details, company information, vacancy details, and payment records.

From website visitors: Standard analytics data. No personal data is collected from visitors who do not register.

2. Why We Collect It

  • To match candidates with verified vacancies
  • To have a registration conversation with candidates, and to verify employers
  • To introduce candidates to employers with their consent
  • To deliver and certify training programmes
  • To maintain CZ Scores and Employer Ratings
  • To maintain records of your consent
  • To comply with applicable law
Connectzz does not:
  • Sell personal data to any third party
  • Use personal data for advertising purposes
  • Share personal data outside the facilitation process described in these terms

3. Your Consent

Before providing connection services, Connectzz requires your explicit agreement to these terms, recorded with date and time via your Google Form submission.

4. Who We Share Data With

  • Candidate profiles: Shared with verified employers when an introduction is being facilitated, subject to candidate consent
  • Anonymised summaries: May appear on the Connectzz Profile Directory with your opt-in consent. No name or contact details are visible.
  • Employer listings: Published on the Connectzz job board with contact routed through Connectzz
  • Third parties: We do not share personal data with any third party except where required by law

5. Storage & Retention

Data is held in Connectzz’s internal systems. Active candidates: retained for up to 24 months from the date of consent. Inactive accounts: removed or anonymised when no longer required. Upon withdrawal of consent: deleted within a reasonable period, subject to any legal retention requirements.

6. Data Security

Connectzz takes reasonable precautions to protect data in its custody, including access controls and encrypted data transmission. However, Connectzz cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmitted over the internet. In the event of a security incident, Connectzz will act in accordance with its obligations under applicable Indian law.

7. Your Rights (DPDP Act 2023)

You have the right to:

  • Access: Request a summary of the personal data Connectzz holds about you
  • Correction: Request that inaccurate data be corrected
  • Erasure: Request deletion of your personal data
  • Withdraw Consent: Message “WITHDRAW” to +91 78150 80585 or email resumes@connectzz.com
  • Grievance: File a complaint if you believe your data has been misused
  • Nominate a Representative: Nominate a person to exercise your rights in case of death or incapacity

8. Children

Connectzz services are for persons 18 years of age and above only. Connectzz does not knowingly collect or process personal data from minors.

Disclaimer

Connectz Digital Services is a privately owned, independent skill-based career facilitation platform. Connectzz has no affiliation with any government body, public sector organisation, or statutory authority.

  • Connectzz is NOT an employment agency
  • Connectzz is NOT a party to any contract between candidates and employers
  • No outcome is guaranteed — not interviews, not offers, not employment
  • Job listings are verified to the best of our ability; accuracy cannot be guaranteed in all cases
  • Connectzz cannot guarantee the authenticity of every employer despite our verification process

On Introductions

Introductions are included with registration up to your allocated amount. Connectzz matches candidates with opportunities but does not control hiring decisions, salary negotiations, or employment terms. These are matters between the candidate and the employer.

⚠️ Fraud Warning

No employer on our platform should ever ask you for registration fees, security deposits, document processing charges, equipment deposits, or any monetary payment as a condition of an interview or job offer.

If any employer makes such a demand, stop all communication immediately and report it to resumes@connectzz.com or +91 78150 80585 with screenshots.

Any transaction you enter into with such a party after becoming aware of or suspecting fraudulent conduct is entirely at your own risk. Connectzz stands fully indemnified from any loss arising from such conduct.

Your Responsibilities

  • Provide truthful, accurate information in your profile and screening process
  • Conduct your own due diligence on employers before attending interviews or accepting offers
  • Verify the legitimacy of any job offer independently
  • Never share financial information, bank details, passwords, or OTPs with any employer
  • Report outcomes to Connectzz within 48 hours of receiving an interview call, offer, or joining confirmation

Our Limitations

  • Connectzz matches candidates with opportunities but does not control hiring
  • Connectzz cannot guarantee employer authenticity despite its verification process
  • Employment outcomes depend on factors outside Connectzz’s control
  • Connectzz is not responsible for any post-introduction relationship between candidates and employers

Connectzz stands fully indemnified from any claim arising from employer or candidate conduct after an introduction is made.

Website, Platform & Technical Security

12.1 Hosting & Availability

Connectzz.com is hosted on third-party infrastructure. Connectz Digital Services does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or continuous availability of the website or any of its features. Temporary unavailability due to maintenance, updates, hosting issues, or circumstances beyond our control may occur without prior notice. Connectzz stands fully indemnified from any loss or inconvenience arising from such interruptions.

12.2 Data Security & Encryption

Connectzz takes reasonable technical precautions to protect data transmitted through this website, including the use of HTTPS encryption for data in transit. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure. Connectzz cannot guarantee absolute security and stands fully indemnified from any claim arising from a breach beyond its reasonable control.

12.3 Third-Party Services

Connectzz uses third-party platforms to deliver its services, including but not limited to Google Forms, Google Apps Script, and WhatsApp. These services are governed by their own terms, privacy policies, and security practices. Connectzz is not responsible for the conduct, availability, data handling, or security of any third-party service. Users are encouraged to review the terms of any third-party platform they interact with through Connectzz.

12.4 External Links

Where this website contains links to third-party websites, those links are provided for reference only. Connectzz does not endorse, control, or take responsibility for the content, accuracy, or security of any external website. Accessing third-party websites is entirely at the user’s own risk.

12.5 Cookies & Analytics

Connectzz.com uses standard website analytics to understand visitor behaviour and improve the platform. No advertising cookies, behavioural tracking cookies, or third-party marketing pixels are used. Visitors who do not register are not personally identified.

12.6 Platform Modifications

Connectzz reserves the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any feature, service, or section of the platform at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform following any modification constitutes acceptance of the updated version.

12.7 Fraud & Impersonation Warning

Connectzz will never contact you via WhatsApp, email, or any other channel to request passwords, OTPs, bank details, payment credentials, or any sensitive personal information. Any such communication claiming to be from Connectzz should be treated as fraudulent. Report immediately to resumes@connectzz.com or +91 78150 80585. Connectzz stands fully indemnified from any loss arising from engagement with fraudulent communications impersonating the platform.
