Who benefits from HrIntro Freelance?
Any independent training professional who offers training to companies and institutions, whether you work directly with your own clients, through training companies, or both, and who today keeps it all together their own way: an Excel sheet for clients, Google Calendar for dates, WhatsApp for requirements, and a notebook for everything else. HrIntro Freelance brings those pieces into one place.
How can I be found?
HR teams and training companies use HrIntro to find trainers, and more are joining. Fill in your profile with the topics you teach, the cities you work in, your languages and experience, and add a 2-minute teaching demo. Switch on “open to work” and choose who can find you: training companies, HR teams, or both. When they search HrIntro for a trainer by topic, city or date, your profile can come up, and keeping your free dates up to date in your calendar helps you show up when they need someone. You can also share your profile link yourself, in reply to any post you see.
Who sees the posts I paste?
Only you. A post you paste from WhatsApp, Telegram or any other source stays in your own dashboard, for you to track and apply to. It is shown to other trainers only if you choose to share it.
Can I share a requirement with other trainers?
Yes. When you paste a post, tick “Also share this with all trainers”. It then appears under All requirements for 5 days, with the date it was shared, and trainers it matches also see it under Matches for me, so trainers can help each other find work.
Do I need to download an app?
No. It opens in the browser on your phone or computer. Participants also answer in their phone’s browser, from a link you send on WhatsApp.
