How HrIntro works, step by step

From your first message to the calls you choose to make.

1Getting started

    Message us on WhatsApp with your company’s name. We set up your company on HrIntro and send you the link to sign in, with your company ID.
  2. 2
    Sign in with your email. There is no password: we email you a sign-in link each time. The first time, you also type your company ID. HrIntro runs in your web browser.
  3. 3
    Add your colleagues — your HR manager and the manager the candidate would report to. Up to three people per company, each signing in with their own email.

2For each vacancy

    Create a job and choose the language your candidates will see: English, Hindi, Odia or Telugu.
  2. 5
    Choose up to 4 questions from 10 ready-made ones, write your own, or mix both. Ready-made questions appear in the candidate’s language; a question you type appears exactly as you typed it.

    Add your candidates. Upload the Excel or CSV list you already keep, with names and WhatsApp numbers, or add them one by hand. Each candidate gets their own link, so you can see who has recorded and who has not.

    Send each link on WhatsApp. One click opens WhatsApp with the message ready, in the candidate’s language with English underneath, and you send it from your own WhatsApp. Sent a link another way? Mark it as sent. Changed your mind? Cancel it before it is used.

3Your candidate

    Opens the link on their phone, in the web browser: nothing to install and no account to create. A link not used within 7 days stops working.

    Reads the rules and your questions before the camera opens, then types their name, highest qualification and years of experience.

    Records one video answering all your questions, up to 3 minutes in total, tapping Next between questions. They can record again before sending.

    You are emailed when a candidate’s video arrives.

    Watch, note, decide. Each person watches once, in one sitting of up to 10 minutes. Jump straight to any answer, type your notes as you watch, and ask a colleague to watch it with one click.

    Within 3 days. A video can be watched for up to 3 days after it arrives, so watch it, and ask your colleagues, soon after it comes in.

1 token = 1 video

Creating a link holds one token. When the candidate’s video arrives, the token is used. If the link is not used within 7 days, or you cancel it first, the token comes back to you.

  • Tokens come in blocks of 5, 10, 15, 20 or 25 (₹100 to ₹500).
  • Each month is billed after it ends, and is paid within 7 days.
  • If a bill is still unpaid after those 7 days, new links pause until it is paid. Videos already on their way still arrive.
  • You can end the subscription from HrIntro at any time. The month in progress is still billed.

Nomonthly fee

₹50a token

  • Tokens come in blocks of 5, 10, 15, 20 or 25 (₹250 to ₹1,250).
  • Each block expires 3 months after you buy it. Tokens not used by then are not refunded.
  • For clients without a running monthly subscription.

Introductory prices for retail customers, applicable till 31 March 2027. The subscription renews every month until you end it; tokens are bought as you need them. Terms and conditions apply. If prices change after that date, you will be told before the change applies.

How to pay

    Sign in and open the payment details shown in HrIntro. You can pay by UPI or bank transfer.
  2. 2
    After paying, press I have paid and type the reference number (UTR) from your payment app or bank.
  3. 3
    We add your tokens, or mark your month as paid, once we have found your payment in our bank. This can take a few days.

Staying safe when you pay

  • Connectz Digital Services never sends payment details on WhatsApp, SMS or email. Use only the details shown inside HrIntro, after signing in.
  • Before paying, check the name your UPI or bank app shows. It must clearly say Connectz Digital Services. If it shows any other name, do not pay.
  • Connectz Digital Services never sends you a UPI payment request. If you receive one in our name, decline it. Your UPI PIN is only for sending money, never for receiving it.

Questions employers ask

Does the candidate need an app or an account?

No. They open their link in the web browser on their phone and record there.

How long can a candidate’s video be?

Up to 3 minutes for all the answers together. Candidates can finish sooner.

Which languages can candidates see?

English, Hindi, Odia or Telugu — you choose one for each job. Questions you type yourself appear exactly as you typed them.

Who at our company can watch the videos?

Up to three people: usually the recruiter, the HR manager and the manager the candidate would report to. Each person can watch a video once.

How long can we watch a video?

For up to 3 days after it arrives. After that it can no longer be watched, so watch it, and ask your colleagues to watch, soon after it comes in.

What if a candidate never records?

Their link stops working after 7 days, and the token it held comes back to you. You can also cancel a link before it is used.
