We screen, you don’t
We match against people we’ve already spoken to — screened in real conversations, availability confirmed. Candidates from our training programs arrive certified for the role.
Consent-first introduction
You receive a few relevant profiles, not a pile. Identities are shared after the candidate consents. We stay in the loop after the introduction, so problems reach us first — not just you.

The talent flooropening soon
A browsable board of pre-screened, anonymous candidate profiles — role sought, skills, experience band, certification status. Request a profile by its Candidate ID; we ask the candidate; only a yes moves their CV to you. The same gatekeeping that protects them protects the seriousness of what reaches you.
