Job hunting shouldn’t feel like shouting into the void. So every week, a small team in Bhubaneswar does the unglamorous work — sourcing, screening, deduplicating, verifying — before a single role ever reaches the board. We’re not running an algorithm. We’re running conversations.
Our story, briefly
Connectzz began with a simple observation: most candidates don’t fail for lack of qualification — they fail for lack of industry readiness and visibility. And most employers don’t struggle for lack of applicants — they drown in them. Both problems have the same cause: nobody talks to anybody. We decided to be the platform where somebody does. First we talk. Then we connect. And connecting people is always free — training is the only thing we ever charge for.
How verification works
Every job posting goes through five checks before it reaches the board:
- The company’s official website exists and is active
- The contact email’s domain matches the official website
- The company’s public business presence checks out
- The role and location make sense for the company’s scale
- The posting is screened for known scam patterns — fee demands, unrealistic salaries, free-email domains for big brands

When we can’t fully verify a listing, we say so on the listing. No false promises, ever.
Candidates are verified the same way jobs are — by a person. Before any profile moves, someone at Connectzz has spoken with the candidate, recently, about what they can do and what they want.
What we never do
We never charge anyone for connecting people — not candidates, not employers, not at any stage.
We never share anyone’s identity or contact without their consent — given per opportunity, not buried in fine print.
We never publish a job we couldn’t verify the company behind.
We never let a listing go stale — everything expires at 30 days.
We never pretend a database is a relationship.
