What We Are:

• A private career facilitation platform — not a government body or employment exchange
• An introducer — we find verified opportunities and connect you with employers
• A free service — completely free for job seekers
• A verification partner — we check listings before publishing them

What We Are NOT:

• Your employer — we don’t hire you
• Your legal representative — we don’t defend you in disputes
• Your insurance provider — we don’t cover losses from employer misconduct
• An assurer of employment — we don’t assure jobs, interviews, or offers
• Government-affiliated — we are 100% independent and private

Placement Acknowledgement: If you get a job through a Connectzz introduction, Connectzz is recognized as the placement facilitator. However, all employment terms, conditions, and disputes are between you and your employer — not Connectzz.

2. What Can Go Wrong & Who Is Responsible

Employer Misconduct

Despite our best efforts to verify employers, some bad things can happen:

• Job descriptions could be misleading
• Job offers could be withdrawn
• Salary promises could be broken
• Workplaces could be toxic or unsafe
• Documents could be misused after sharing
• The employer could turn out to be fraudulent

Candidate Misconduct

Candidates can also cause harm:

• Submit false or exaggerated CVs
• Provide forged documents
• Misrepresent qualifications or experience
• Behave dishonestly during hiring

3. Your Responsibility: Independent Verification

Before you attend any interview, sign any contract, or share personal documents with any employer, YOU must independently verify:

• The legal existence and registration of the employer (check GST, CIN, LinkedIn, website)
• The accuracy of job titles, salary, location, and working conditions
• The physical address and legitimacy of the company
• That the person contacting you actually works for that company

Connectzz’s verification is a precaution, NOT an assurance*. It is YOUR responsibility to do your own due diligence. Proceeding with any employer is entirely your decision and your risk.

4. Connectzz’s Liability (Zero)

To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law, Connectzz’s total liability to you for any claim, loss, damage, or harm of any kind — arising from your use of this platform — is ZERO beyond the act of introduction itself.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Financial loss (unpaid salary, deposits, fraudulent charges)
• Physical harm or injury from attending an interview
• Emotional or reputational harm from employer conduct
• Loss of documents or personal data after sharing with employer
• Job offers being withdrawn or modified
• Workplace disputes, wrongful termination, or hostile environment
• Any loss from employer fraud despite verification

5. Zero-Fee Assurance* & Fraud Warning

Connectzz Will NEVER Charge You For:

• Job listings
• Job referrals or introductions
• Profile review or verification
• Interview guidance or coaching
• Basic career assistance

Skill Training (Optional Paid Service)

We offer optional paid training programs (₹1,500–4,500). These are completely separate from job listings and are 100% voluntary. Training enrollment never affects your free access to jobs and introductions.

6. Your Obligations & Responsibilities

Information Accuracy

Everything you share with Connectzz — your CV, qualifications, experience, documents — must be 100% true, accurate, and complete. If false information causes harm, you are fully responsible.

Outcome Reporting (MANDATORY)

If you receive an interview call, job offer, or employment confirmation through a Connectzz introduction — you MUST inform us within 48 hours. This is not optional. It helps us track outcomes and ensure quality.

Non-Circumvention (90-Day Rule)

For any employer we introduce you to, you agree NOT to contact that employer directly for 90 days from the date of introduction (without telling us). If you make direct contact, inform us within 48 hours.

Confidentiality

Employer contact details, HR names, phone numbers, and email addresses shared by Connectzz are confidential. Do NOT share, publish, or distribute them to third parties under any circumstances.

Age & Eligibility

You confirm you are at least 18 years old and legally eligible to seek employment in India.

Connectzz is free. We ask only for honesty and fair use. Violations result in:

8. Data Privacy & Your Information

Connectzz complies with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023.

• Your data is used ONLY for placement facilitation
• Your CV is shared ONLY with verified employers AND ONLY with your consent
• Your data will NEVER be sold to data brokers
• Your data is retained for maximum 24 months from consent, or until withdrawal
• You can withdraw consent anytime by emailing resumes@connectzz.com

You retain full rights over your personal data at all times under DPDP law.

9. Agreement & Acceptance

By using Connectzz, submitting your CV via Google Form, or contacting us on WhatsApp, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood this entire agreement
• You voluntarily accept all terms and conditions
• You understand Connectzz bears zero liability beyond introduction
• You understand you must independently verify employers
• You agree to all candidate obligations listed above
• You waive any right to legal claims against Connectzz for employer conduct or employment outcomes

Your Google Form submission or first WhatsApp message constitutes a legally binding digital acceptance of these Terms under Indian contract law.

10. Changes to These Terms

Connectzz reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Updated terms will be published on connectzz.com and announced via our official WhatsApp Channel.

Changes take effect 48 hours after publication. Continued use of the platform after that period means you accept the new terms. If you disagree, you can withdraw by emailing resumes@connectzz.com.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by Indian law. Any disputes will be handled under Indian law with jurisdiction in the courts of Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
